Choose the membership that fits your goals and schedule.
Elementary (Grades 4–6):
Mon, Tue, Thu 4:15 PM – 5:15 PM
Sat 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (up to 8 athletes)
Jr High (Grades 7–9):
Mon, Tue, Thu 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Sat 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM (up to 6 athletes)
High School (Grades 10–12):
Mon, Tue, Thu 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM
Sat 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM (up to 4 athletes)
Vertical Training:
Schedule personally coordinated with athlete
Athletes don’t have to attend every day listed. Choose the sessions that fit your schedule — the membership tiers determine how many sessions per week you can book.
