CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Late cancellations or rescheduling requests are subject to:

Small Group Training: $20 fee
Private Training: $50 fee
Hybrid Training: Fee depends on whether the scheduled session is Private or Small Group.

 

• Once the applicable fee is paid, the session may be rescheduled.

• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the entire session. The session cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.

ATTENDANCE & COMMUNICATION

• Consistent attendance and communication are expected.

• Small Group spots are reserved specifically for each athlete. Repeated missed sessions, poor communication, or disregard for scheduled training may result in removal from upcoming sessions or suspension from training.

PRIVATE TRAINING PACKAGES

• Private packages are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.

• Packages must be used within 30 days of purchase.

• A 10-day extension may be approved when there is a reasonable circumstance preventing completion. Extensions are not automatic.

SMALL GROUP & HYBRID PACKAGES

• Small Group and Hybrid packages are recurring monthly plans and automatically renew until canceled.

• Included sessions reset each billing cycle. Unused sessions do not carry over.

• Canceling stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period or unused sessions.

• Packages must be canceled before the next renewal date to avoid the next monthly charge.

PAYMENTS

• All training must be paid in full before the scheduled session, unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.

• Invoices and outstanding balances must be paid within 48 hours.

• Late payments are subject to a $50 late fee.

• Repeated payment issues may result in removal from scheduled sessions or suspension from training until the balance and applicable fees are paid.
